Covid19 – company update

Although we are all facing uncertain times in light of the Coronavirus, rest assured we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe and projects progressing.

We are working hard to remain operating as usual, with our office staff working remotely, responding to emails and telephone calls as usual and our manufacturing facility continues to operate in line with the government guidelines https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus

Our top priority is the health and well-being of all our team, customers and supply chain and as part of our Business Continuity Plan we have dedicated senior members of the team to keep us up to date with daily government announcements, make sure we are doing everything we can as a team to be extra vigilant and implement any procedures necessary to keep us all safe at work.

We are briefing our teams regularly and have put measures into place to maintain high levels of hygiene throughout the office and factory.

As of today, we will be;

  • Cancelling all non-essential travel
  • Asking that potential visitors contact us via telephone before visiting
  • Where possible we are adopting online meetings and conference calling
  • Upholding strict hygiene measures, and will commence a regular deep clean throughout the business
  • All of our staff have been briefed on the importance of washing hands regularly and using hand sanitiser throughout the day

We have worked hard with our IT team to develop our ICT infrastructure over the last 6 months in order to start adopting more remote working as a business, so our office team is already able to work remotely to keep the wheels turning.

If you have any concerns at all, please contact us. You can call us on 01482 635081 or reach out to us through our social channels where we will be posting regular updates. You can also keep an eye on the NHS advise offered https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

We ask that everyone look after one another and take this time to make positive changes, not to panic and use the technology we have to keep businesses going. #Covid19UK
